Warranty

Every product at Z-SHOP comes with a minimum 12-month Australian warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Several brands extend this to 18, 24 or 60 months — the exact term is listed on the product page.

Warranty cover does not extend to consumable parts such as filters and brush heads, or to damage caused by drops, liquid ingress or unauthorized repair.

To make a claim, contact support with your order number, a description of the fault and photos or video. Most claims are resolved within three business days.
