Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for change of mind, as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Original shipping is not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and will repair, replace or refund it at your choice under the Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return, contact support with your order number. Approved returns receive a prepaid label within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected at our warehouse.
