Flat A$9.95 metro shipping, free over A$99, with dispatch from Sydney.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse. Everything ships with tracking, and you will get an email the moment the label is scanned.
Standard metro shipping is a flat A$9.95, and it is free when your order subtotal reaches A$99. Orders to NT and TAS carry a A$15 remote surcharge. We currently ship within Australia only.
Delivery is typically 2–5 business days for east coast metro areas and 4–8 business days for regional and western addresses. If something is running late, contact support with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
